Pinehurst Baptist Church is seeking a minister of music. The primary areas of responsibility will be music leadership in corporate worship and evangelistic community outreach. Other duties may include youth discipleship and assisting the elders as needed. Formal training in music and/or biblical studies is valuable but not required. Candidate must have a history of demonstrating Christ-like character and healthy involvement in the ministry of the local church. Pinehurst is a Southern Baptist Church located in Everett, Washington. Our congregation is made up of varied age groups and we have been used to a more traditional style of music in corporate worship. The man who takes on this ministry role will need to help us bridge the gap--musically and culturally--between our congregation and our more diverse neighborhood and city.
