At Pinehurst Baptist Church, we want to see our children and grandchildren grow in their knowledge of, and love for, God.  We know that when parents are looking for a church, they want to make sure their children are safe, loved, and given opportunities to know and love the Savior! 

All our children's workers at PBC have undergone a background check, to ensure that your children will be safe.  We provide a caring and nurturing environment for children where they have fun learning and playing together.

We are committed to teaching children about Jesus.  We believe that parents have the privilege and duty of teaching their children about God.  This is found in passages such as Deuteronomy 6:4-7 and Ephesians 6:4, which speak to the importance of teaching children God's commandments.  We also believe that the church has a responsibility to teach all people, including children, about God.

Toward that end, we offer Bible study (aka Sunday school) classes for children (as well as for adults).  Bible study is offered from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. During the 10:45a.m. worship service, we provide childcare for our youngest children, ages 4 and under, as well as children's church for grades K-3.  

We teach age-appropriate material that is biblical in content. Our church is committed to teaching God's truth through His Word, whether we are teaching children or adults.
